How it Works

Place your order via our online portal or by contacting the Matthews Pallet Network team.
Collect & dispatch – we schedule your pallet(s) from your site, using appropriate vehicle and tail-lift if required.
Track & trace – you’ll have access to real-time visibility via our E-POD portal until delivery.
Delivery & POD – your load is delivered, either on standard or tail-lift vehicle, at the booked time. Electronic Proof of Delivery is uploaded instantly.
Reporting & review – you receive a job-level sheet, analytics and KPI dashboard to support your supply-chain transparency.
